BENEFITS OF PLAYING SPORTS


Everyone loves to play some or the other kind of sport. Sports are not only engaging but refresh your mind and make you physically fit. A lot of emphasis is placed on playing sport because, "All work and no play makes you a dull boy!" It is very important to involve yourself in some sporty activity so that you can be mentally and physically fit and fine.
Playing sports requires the children to plan thoughtfully. They need to device the best ways to score goals, the best strategies to win and plan carefully towards victory. 
Playing sports is very beneficial for the development of social skills in a person. Sports teach a person to interact with people, act as a team.
